Birthday treat
Lovely afternoon tea . Plenty to eat . Only criticism is the waiting staff were not visible so we were unable to get tea replenished and as we had a pimms afternoon tea we wanted wanted to order more drink which took ages . However the drink prices for a London hotel was excellent

Nice, but average
Given the fact that I know how much this experience costs, I would say that it felt somewhat underwhelming. The food was good, but not plentiful and the pimms, detailed in the title of the experience, was nought more than a shot glass full of vaguely alcoholic strawberry juice accompanying the rest of the food. The staff were pleasant initially but we were completely ignored after we'd been given our food and drinks. The setting in the hotel restaurant was agreeable enough. Overall, not a bad experience at all, but nothing i would write home about.

Fantastic Afternoon Tea
My husband booked afternoon tea for my mother and I in November 2018 we had such a lovely time the food was great and the staff were very polite and accommodating as I also brought along my 6months old baby.

Afternoon tea
Very poor in every way .... so disappointing having travelled for two hours to the Hotel. Facilities cramped and felt like a production line rather than a gift experience. Tables and chairs seen better days and no pleasant views surroundings. Altogether a great disappointment
