Why am I charged multiple shipping costs?
Most of our products are dispatched from our warehouse but some are dispatched directly from our trusted partners. These are normally personalised items that are made to order.
If your basket contains a mix of items that we stock and some that are dispatched from any of our partners, we regretfully include an additional shipping charge for delivery from these locations.
Our orders are delivered between 8am and 8pm.
PLEASE NOTE: *Personalised/made to order items, photo products, posters, experience vouchers, garden games, alcohol, chocolate pizzas & fresh cheese gift sets all have a production lead time and/or an earlier "order before" time for delivery.
Your order will be shipped out using your chosen delivery method as soon as it is ready. Please carefully check the specific product page to avoid disappointment.
