Voucher the issue, not the hotel.
The hotel did a great job, both before and during our stay. Boots also were super helpful in resolving the problem with 'the code' for the gift experience. What was extremely poor is the gift experience, the process being complex, the actual choice of hotel available being much less than in the gift merchandise and the actual vfm of the voucher questionable. On vfm, i think our friends who purchased the voucher paid around £30 more for one night than if we had booked direct with the hotel.
I recommend the hotel as being a great location, good value, fun and friendly. I do not rate activity superstore.

Lovely stay
We stayed here for 1 night. Lovely hotel. Nice dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The staff were so friendly and very welcoming, it was so nice to see. Would definitely stay again.
