Terracotta Echoes Bird Bath with William Blake Quote

Add classic literature to the garden or back yard with this unique bird bath, made from frost-resistant, glazed terracotta in a mottled green. The aesthetic effect of the bowl echoes rippling water and acts as a helpful stepping device for small birds who glide to a stop for a fresh drink. 

Around the terracotta-coloured rim features the words of poet William Blake. The words read, "To see a world in a grain of sand and heaven in a wildflower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand and eternity in an hour." 

Mounted on three glazed feet, the bird bath is slightly raised to resist damage from the ground as well as frost during the winter months. 

Fill the bird bath with fresh water, changing every so often to prevent algae build up. Place in a visible part of the garden with pretty views for the birds to look at whilst they bathe, and position (at a distance) next to some trees or a bush to help the birds feel less exposed to large predators.
