The facilities and treatments will vary from location to location.
You will receive a separate voucher for a wonderful afternoon tea to be enjoyed at a different location to the spa day experience. The afternoon tea will vary slightly by location but will be the perfect partner to your day of chilling out and catching up, whichever location you visit.
The gift vouchers you use for your experience gifts typically have a 18 month validity.
If you have not used your voucher in this time, please contact us and we may be able to help extend the deadline by up to a further six months.

What did your experience entail?
We had a delightful visit to Clumber Park Hotel and Spa, opting for a package that included Afternoon Tea for Two and full access to the facilities throughout the day. The facilities included a hot tub, sauna, steam room, swimming pool and gym. To enhance my experience further, I decided to treat myself to a massage. Upon arrival, we were provided with towels and slippers. My husband then made his way to the gym, and I proceeded to the treatment area.
After thoroughly enjoying the facilities, we made our way to the restaurant area, for our Afternoon Tea. My husband ordered a coffee, whilst I opted for an apple juice. When our food arrived, we were absolutely delighted. The spread included a selection of cakes including carrot cake, Victoria sponge, chocolate eclair, macaroons, flapjacks as well as finger sandwiches and scones. The afternoon tea part of this experience was truly a perfect ten.
Following our afternoon tea, we returned to the changing rooms to freshen up. Although the changing rooms provided the essential amenities, there were certain areas that could benefit from refurbishment - but this did not affect the experience in any way.

The food during the afternoon tea was exceptional. As for my husband, he absolutely adored the outdoor hot tub and could have happily spent the entire day there.

Lovely little boutique hotel
We went here for our spa day and really happy we picked this one as some of the venues don't offer a treatment with the voucher. We went for a facial & massage options which were both wonderful. The only slight criticism would be that there wasn't really anywhere comfortable to sit by the pool plus lack of jacuzzi but the steam and sauna rooms were clean and well maintained. And the pool was refreshing. The afternoon tea was delicious and the staff were attentive.

Tried for 5 days to activate code... Tried to get in touch with Retford to book my spa day and tea for 2. .only to be told bookings have been cancelled due to no staff...as my friend can only make this weekend, it become pointless to buy this space day
