Make every day lucky tie day - and especially your wedding day! This silver-plated tie clip takes an old tradition and creates a gorgeous gift for any groom-to-be or luckless tie wearer.
The roots of this gift come from the old tradition of brides putting a silver sixpence in their shoe to bring them health, wealth and happiness on their wedding day and thereafter. Instead of putting it in their shoes however, which is a bit of a lame tradition (sorry, that was a limp joke), men can actually wear the sixpence with pride, attached to a personalised tie slide. Personalised with a name, date or initials, up to 8 characters in total, the clip is designed to keep ties neatly in place, no matter how flustered the wearer feels. The silver sixpence is attached securely to the front.
A groom tie clip can also be a lovely gift for the bride to give to the groom on the wedding morning, or perhaps from the bride's parents to the groom. After all, they know just how much luck he's going to need!
*Please note that the Year of the Sixpence will differ per item - 1961 is not as standard*

Perfect! Exactly what I wanted. So happy with the quality. It’s quite weighty (I expected it to be lighter) but I’m VERY happy with it! Hope the husband to be likes it just as much on the wedding day!
