My friends who were visiting from overseas loved the idea & it was nicely presented. It could be improved by: 1) allowing more characters on the plate; 2) having an embossed finish option; 3) having a final preview of the product ordered. I was left wondering if the changes I had to make actually came out the way intended! As it happens, they did. I'm really pleased with the end result & especially with the quick despatch.
