Not received item. Called at 16:40 and saud offices are closed (although they are apparently open Monday yo Friday 9am to 5pm). Tried to create account and not sending me an email to reset my password. Poor, poor, poor service

Product looks like as described but poor quality, personally I don't think it's worth the cost. Also when delivered it was just thrown over my garden gate so it's lucky it was all only plastic and not glass in the frame.
