As I said in my previous comment. The box was unsealed. Had to wash the cups and cloth before use. Had no time to send back as was one of my sons Xmas presents for the dogs. I understand items get sent back but it's unexcusable to send it out again unsealed and probably not checked. I work for the NHS and I know about busy pressures of work but as I said we can't afford to cut corners. Let's see if you reply to this review ... I won't hold my breath lol. Merry Christmas ??

A total con - out of 10 cards, ONE is a (very basic) trick that you can teach your dog. The other 9 are tricks that YOU perform, in front of your dog. What's the point. Edit: Update to say that my mum used the plastic cup to do the one trick with her dog. The plastic cup broke while the dog was holding it in her mouth (a toy cockapoo), so not even safe for pets either.
