The planes at Carlisle Airport are dual-controlled, so once you’re up in the air and the plane is stable, you’ll take control, under the supervision of your instructor.
In standard weather conditions, you can expect to cruise at around 2000ft over Carlisle and the Lake District, and depending on the duration of your lesson, you may be able to fly over iconic sights such as the famous Hadrian's Wall and the Solway Coast.
Choose from 30-minute or 60-minute lessons, in either a 2-seater or a 4-seater plane.
