For avid fans of the Woolpack and the famous Dingles, this is the perfect TV tour!
This wonderful classic Emmerdale tour, or Emmerdale Farm for the old school viewers, takes you to some of the famous sites that make up the aura and the history of the show.
The tour focuses mainly on the earlier years of the show, centred around the Sugden farm. You’ll learn about the production of the show over the years, across the multiple different filming locations that complete the look of Emmerdale.
Your tour starts in Leeds city centre, where a large portion of filming takes place. You’ll go past the ITV studios, where a lot of the interior shots are filmed, and stop in Otley, which has been used for scenes in Hotten since 1972.
You’ll then stop in Esholt, which was famously used at the original Emmerdale Village. There will be an opportunity to explore and enjoy a swift pint at the original Woolpack! The pub in Esholt was used in the show up until 1997, and also for an Ashley-centric episode in 2016.
You’ll briefly stop at Butler’s Farm to grab a quick photo. It’s a privately owned farm, so we can’t go inside, but it’s a great sight to see.
The coach will also take you past the original Emmerdale Farm near Leathley, and the classic Home Farm. You’ll see an abundance of beautiful countryside, that makes up the iconic visuals of the show.
The coach will then drop you off at Leeds Railway Station at the end of your tour.

Brilliant excursion
We had a brilliant time from start to finish. Both the driver and the tour guide were very knowledgeable and humorous, and super professional. The Yorkshire weather was also very kind to us so the scenery was lovely. The tour visits were very enjoyable and relevant.

Disappointing
Didn't really see anything to do with emmerdale, apart from Woolpack that was Closed!! Studio that we just drove by and The Tate house that u cud,nt get near enough to see properly, was more of a tour of the countryside with an hour stop off at Otley!! Disappointed with it , as were other people on coach ,
