Good and efficient service with the item exactly as described. Slightly confusing when ordering as to layout and size of lettering therefore haven taken a liberal approach to ensure the words not overcrowded could have possibly included more words.

Lovely product and well packaged for transportation and delivery. Only disappointing thing was on the site some of the pictures had etching on the frame. When i enquired about this it was something I couldn't have done which seemed a bit pointless having a photo on the site suggesting it could Overall though I'm very pleased as it's great quality

Fantastic gift!
