It's very hard to review this as it's not something I actually wanted. I was bought it as part of a birthday gift but couldn't exchange it so ended up ordering for my daughter who has just got engaged. It looks OK, but you should be able to exchange gifts as well as experiences. It was very difficult to order as the voucher code did not work and I had to use online chat, but they have still missed some of the personalisation requested. I was also bought an afternoon tea which I have also ended up giving away as (despite the box advertising them in Cumbria) there were none local to me and it would have meant travelling a considerable distance to use. There was nothing in the other experiences that were local and of a similar price so I donated to a friend who regularly visits Liverpool. My advice is don't use FindAGift, just buy a local gift voucher!
