Ordered and paid. Money taken immediately. Fine. Typed a personal message to with gift. Relative received gift with no note, no clue who it was from. I received no notification of gift despatched, gift delivered. Nothing. Sent 2 messages to company. Feeble apology once I had had to make contact that the system failed. Would not use this company again.
