Delivered broken in the box, no response from Find me a present after replace request sent.

I wouldn't bother buying . There seems to be an issue with the product arriving in one peice . I've bought 2 of these as they will not send it a replacement until they've received the broken one. So as it was a gift and needed ASAP I ordered another one . To my disbelief the 2nd one also turned up broken , now I've got to go out of my way to print labels and return the items, whilst being nearly £30 out of pocket . Very annoying and unsatisfactory considering postage is being charged at nearly £5 I'd expect the item to arrive whole
