Some gifts, including personalised items, are made to order. Production will begin once the item has been purchased. The production lead time varies between items, so please see the individual product description for more information. The item will be despatched on the service you have opted for, once the item has been produced. E.g. if an item is ordered on a standard delivery service, and takes 5 days to produce, the item will take between 7 and 10 days to reach you. If an item is ordered on a Next Day Delivery service, the order will be despatched on a Next Day Delivery service after the item has been manufactured.
Each day there is a cut-off time for orders to begin production that day for made-to-order items. This cut-off time varies from product to product. Please see the individual product page for more information.
Delivery to outside of the UK is not available at this time.
Why am I charged multiple shipping costs?
Most of our products are despatched from our warehouse but some are despatched directly from our trusted partners. These are usually made-to-order and personalised items.
If your basket contains a mix of items that we stock ourselves and some that are despatched from any of our partners, we regretfully include an additional shipping charge for delivery from these locations. Items despatching from different locations will be delivered separately to you.
